We ask for the least we need to quote your project, and we use it only to reply to you. Here are the details.
When you file a project brief we collect the details you type in: business name, your name, email, phone number if you add one, your current website, and the goals, timeline, budget, and notes you select or write. If you chat with our website assistant, the messages you send are processed to generate a reply and are stored in your own browser so the conversation is there when you come back.
We use your information for one thing: to reply to you and scope the work you asked about. That means reading your brief, following up by email or phone, and preparing a proposal. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Your brief goes to the Flight Deck team by email. We use ordinary service providers to run the site, deliver email, and power the website assistant; they process the information only to provide those services. We share information otherwise only if the law requires it.
Flight Deck does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your assistant conversation is stored locally in your browser, not in an account, and clearing your browser storage removes it.
We keep project briefs and related email for as long as we need them for our business records, and we delete them on request.
Email us at hello@flightdeck.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.
Flight Deck is a service for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
If we update this policy we'll change the date below. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated policy applies.
