Every project starts with a written scope: the pages we'll build, what you're providing, the price, and the launch date. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately before we start it, so there are no surprise invoices.

How we work, what we charge for, and what you can expect from a Flight Deck build.
Payment
Projects run on a deposit to reserve your build slot, with the balance due at launch. Ongoing care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Invoices are due within 14 days.
Your responsibilities
We need your content, photos, logins, and feedback to keep a build on schedule. If material we're waiting on takes longer than two weeks, we may move your launch date to the next open slot.
Revisions and approval
Each project includes two rounds of revisions on the design and one on the final build. Once you approve the site for launch, further changes are handled as new work or under a care plan.
Ownership
When your final invoice is paid, the site design, content, and code we produced for you are yours. We keep ownership of our internal tools, templates, and systems, and licensed fonts, photos, and plugins stay under their own licences.
Third-party services
Your site may rely on outside providers for hosting, email, booking, payments, or AI features. Those services have their own terms and pricing, and we're not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
Our portfolio
Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished site and results in our portfolio and marketing. Tell us in writing and we'll leave it out.
Cancellation
You can cancel a project at any time. Deposits are non-refundable, and any work completed past the deposit is invoiced at our standard rate. We'll hand over everything produced to that point.
Liability
We build carefully and test before launch, but we can't guarantee specific traffic, ranking, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for it.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms we'll change the date below. The terms in force when we signed your scope are the ones that apply to that project.
